Bakeries.

Before the sun comes up, the bars that never close are open.  Fourteen years ago, there used to be more.  Twenty years ago, there used to be more.  There have always been more twenty-four hour bars than there are now.

Is New Orleans turning into everywhere else?  It is hard to say.  The city is just as dysfunctional as it has always been.  Good memories …
