Bratz Y'all
I live with a German. Her name is Mrs. King. Her real name is not Mrs. King. All names are changed to protect the innocent, except for Ed, who is not as innocent as many people suppose. This is not about Ed, it is about German food in New Orleans. Variety is the spice of life.
I am reminded of Caedmon’s Hymn every day. I ate two lunches today. Today is like two mints in one. Today, like most days in New Orleans, is minty fresh. The only thing that could make today better is if the cuckoo Pigeon sisters showed up.
I had a long talk with someone while we watched Grayey and Whitey in my back garden doing whatever it is that chickens do, which is not much. Chickens, like people, hunt and peck.
If you want some good German food, as any German who lives in New Orleans will tell you, you have to go to Bratz Y’all on Piety Street. Bratz Y’all is behind Pizza Delicious. I am sure I have talked about this before but today is today and I went to Bratz Y’all today with Vincent and Mrs. King.
I think Vincent is having an affair with Mrs. King. I do not really think that but it would be an interesting plot twist if it were true.
On that note, I am going to talk about German food in New Orleans behind the paywall. Fasten your seatbelt.
