Lunch at the Theater!
Yesterday was a magical day but I am sworn to omertá. Sorry, but I want to live to see another day. Today looks promising, thus far. I just watched a man steal a menu and smell the bottle of Peychaud’s bitters on the bar. There is something up with these two.
If New Orleans was a forest, it would be full of crooked timber.
Jeff knows as much as I do, which is nothing. I think the owner of Katie’s mother died recently and the funeral is today and they are having the wake upstairs at 3:00PM this very afternoon. I think she has been previously cremated.
I have no idea if this accurate. The last time I was here was last Monday. A lot can change in a week. Elizabeth is not working. Jeff knows as much as I do. I talked to Mary’s nephew. I know who the owner’s mother is. Jeff thinks her name was Katie. The nephew said her name is Mary. I wish Elizabeth was here. She could explain it all to me.
Instead, I had lunch in a movie theater. Let me tell you all about it. It is very interesting.
