As predictable as Mardi Gras season, McRib is back in New Orleans. McDonald’s patrons who should be rejoicing but, alas, they are not because of supply chain issues on the franchisee’s staffing end of their operations.

I have had a hankering a McRib. You know the feeling. I feel like that cat that walked into a bar.
