It is the Monday after the first big weekend of parade season. It is Yahoo Central where I am right now. It as been all weekend. I love Carnival but I also miss summer.

It is hot in summer instead of just warm.

The yahoos are not bad. This is New Orleans’ economy. They are harmless and they spend money, but, sheesh, they have no clue what is going on. I am not the only person who thinks this, but, I am the only person I know who thinks like a cranky Yankee.

I hate to complain. I hate to complain but people say that is all that I do. You would not know this without knowing me in person. In person, I am a lovable curmudgeon. We should have lunch together, you and me.
