Ya-Ka-Mein in the Big City.

I had a hankering for ya-ka-mein so I headed over to the Red Rooster, on Washington Avenue and Clara Street. There was a line, and this was 11:30AM on a typical Tuesday. I like the Red Rooster’s version of ya-ka-mein, which I am spelling the way the Ya-Ka-Mein Lady does. She should know.
